I dont think so. Time travel can create some messed up stories but i think its been only been used to manipulate time.

I know russos are doing what ever it takes to avoid spoilers. Even going as far as giving the cast fake scripts.

I wont be suprised if some if not most of the shots we see in the trailers arent gonna be on film.

Reality shouldn't be much of an issue. He just need to open a space portal to the collector's place , fuck his shit up and take the stone. Granted the Collector likely has some defensive measures in place but this is Thanos so it's probably not a big deal to him.

If the Collector wanted to fight Thanos he should be quite formidable. CBU version anyway. He has precognition and while not as brute force powerful as Thanos he has abundant weapons including at least one infinity stone he could use. However he might not care to fight and might just trade with Thanos.

Maybe but at that point Thanos will already have the power and space stones that he can use and perhaps the time and mind stones as well depending on when he decide to go after the collector.

Collector will be no match for him even if he use the reality stone. Unless he has help from the GOTG and the Avengers but even then Thanos still mop the floor with them.

The reality gem in theory should be far more powerful than the power and space gems. Those just make you powerful and to be able to travel distances easily. The reality gem canalter anything (not sure if it can change the nature of another Gem or make it inert) and with it for instance one could make Thanos a child again. Couple that with precognition and the ability to act before a threat actually materializes and I see it as a formidable combination. However i don't think the MCU will make him that formidable as they want the gathered hero's to do all the heavy lifting.
