The avengers should have called on GSP at some point. He’s in the marvel universe and could have armbarred Thanos while they were struggling the get the glove off. Movie over

I think you mean attempt to lay on him for 25 minutes

what plan? Dr Strange is dust.... who is making sure the plan works?#

you think he had time to tell Tony all about it?
I personally think Ben messed with the stone before handing it to Rick.

Ben is definitely not dead.

Can't say I'm following your logic here.

It's not like farmer Thanos is going to have the infinity glove on while he's planing his tomatoe plants. He's gonna stash it somewhere. On the real... he should be concerning himself with destroying the stones so that someone can't reverse the snap. Assuming that's not what he does... it's very conceivable to think that someone comes along & distracts or even defeats Thanos &/or finds the Glove... & reverses everything... easy peasy. You really only need the time stone to pull it off. There is no "how the fuck could this happen" as you say... it's very easy to see how the fuck this could happen.

I don't really follow what your saying with "I want marvel to hold off on finishing Infinity war"... perhaps you could expand on your thought there. "I" don't "want" anything. I'm just discussing what I see as the most logical thing to happen. Explain to me how Spiderman's arc will continue if he's vaporized. that's the elephant in the room.

I have not read those comics... nor do I need to in regard to this discussion in light of the fact that MCU does what ever it wants regardless of what the comics say. However, if there's something important to this discussion you'd like to bring up... I'll hear you out.
in the comics farmer Thanos gets bored and is back doing Thanos like things lol

he isnt the kind of guy that takes to retirement life lol

You don’t follow because u can’t read properly. I want marvel to finish infinity war arc and not hold off and move to another arc.

As for your suggestion of stealing the glove from thanos while he’s farming.. uhh yeah no. U do not understand thanos as a character then. Thanos doesn’t fall for trickery. He’s arguably the most intelligent and willey villain in Marvel. Mephisto was easily fooled by Thanos. So stealing his gauntlet is absolute nonsense.

What you failed to realize in the movie infinity war is that Thanos allowed everything to happen to him. He toyed and fooled with the Avengers practically the entire way.
You're being a f*cking asshole. Can you just explain your point of view without the insults?

The way you expressed this same point of view in your opening paragraph here... you explained last time as "impossible to do anything else." here you are explaining it that you personally would prefer it. That is the difference in the way you presented your point of view that I was referring to when I asked you to explain yourself better. It did not make sense to me that it was impossible.

I didn't say they would steal it while he was farming. I said he wouldn't be wearing it while he was farming... & so it would be stashed somewhere. For someone who went ape sh*t f*cking with me about reading comprehension skills you sure are f*cking things up here.

Okay, he doesn't fall for trickery... fine... I also said that he could be defeated... So I've covered my theory with the original statement. Are you trying to tell me that since Thanos has the glove now that there is no way ever that someone could get it from him?

Ben is definitely not dead.
Him and Tom will be back and I'm sure Chris Pratt too. Don will be relieved to find out that not all is lost just yet especially when his boy papa doc gets back

of course he'll be back..... but he isnt around to make sure a "plan" can be followed, so there isnt really a plan.

I'm not fully caught up with MCU,

I haven't watched:

Black panther, Thor 2, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man homecoming, Ant Man,

I should rewatch (cuz I forgot what happened in them):

Captain America 1,2. Thor 1,

Yeah, got a lot of catching up to do.

I can understand references to the comics... but because MCU does whatever they want regardless of what happens in the comics... I think it's fair to say that my point of view in knowing nothing of the comics is as valid as someone who is an expert in the comics.

Maybe there's some hints here & there that avid comic book readers can speculate... but in the end, MCU does what they want & those speculations are no more valid than mine.

That's the way I see it anyway.

Caps 2nd film is one of the best MCU movies imo

first Guardians movie is also pretty awesome

Would recommend Age of Ultron as well, just to get more familiar with the Focus character. That story was told so long ago that it wasn't fresh in my mind upon first viewing.

lol its really not

Who the fuck is Ben and Rick and why are people using those names to refer to other characters?

of course he'll be back..... but he isnt around to make sure a "plan" can be followed, so there isnt really a plan.

There's obviously a plan of some kind, there was zero other reason for him to give the time stone to Thanos in exchange for Tony. I do hope there's a good explanation for why he didn't share the plan with anyone else though.

How so? The story did not follow the comics... it only borrowed from them... so how can someone who is an expert in the comics claim their point of view is more valid than mine who has not read the comics.

by the way, I only know they're different from reading reviews where people mention the differences... so if you really feel like MCU will stick to the comics... then I'd like to know why when they don't do it any other time.

someone started calling Thanos "Rick" because they say he looks like some idiot on a tv show(he doesnt)

and "Ben" is for Benedict Cumberbatch lol....... although the guy with the Papa Doc reference for Falcon was pretty funny lol

He didn't share it because it's not really a plan. It's just one of the many ways things can play out in the millions of possibilities he saw. He might not even be sure his possibility will play out but it's their only option so he probably fulfilled his piece of the puzzle and is hoping the rest will play out like he saw (in their future victory).
