Could they get the infinity stones from another universe?

My wife looks at me and quietly tells me to calm down, lol.

Some of you guys have a wonderfully selective memory.

At this point Starlord essentially did the same thing as in Infinity War.
-Flew off the handle at exactly the wrong time
-Condemned his friends to death
-Allowed Ego to win and change the universe

Yup, that's the Starlord I know.

Um did you watch the movie because it did happen. Half the universe is gone

For me it wasn't it's all working under Strange's plan, it's a clear fake-out.

Not buying it for a second that they are gone, guess you do.
I can relate to the idea of letting the end of the movie resonate as if it weren't going to get reversed... and I think it would be a super bold bad ass move to just own that sh*t & move on without resurrecting everyone.

The discussion has to slip out of the movie & into our reality as well... & there's several assets that are making too much money to just kill them off. They're actually filming "Spiderman Homecoming 2" this summer. Guardian's 3 is foreseen for 2020.... & confirmed to take place after Avengers 4... & the rabbit is the only one of them that made it. I think they'll have to get by without Gamora, but the other ones will likely have to come back.

That said... the rabbit could get a new crew & make a new movie in the same universe, but the directer is all ready saying it's the same crew. Could be a fake out, but I doubt it.

Wakanda could just move on with a new king... so it's conceivable that they could make that sequel without reversing the snap.

Spiderman is the main elephant in the room. They're talking about "expanding the world that they're creating" & that it's even possible that Venom & Spidey could possibly cross paths down the road... so they've got a lot of stories to tell... & they all take place in the MCU

Here is Sherdog's comic book discussion thread (vol. 17)
http://forums.sherdog.com/threads/comic-book-discussion-thread-v-17.3209393/

you probably have to go back a couple volumes to find my last recommendation (haven't been reading them for a few years), but @Dragonlordxxxxx recommendations are the absolute must reads.
@prod2821 gives the must read DC stuff.
I recommend the Dark Horse, Image, but most of my recommendations would overlap with Dragon's.

And of course everybody who interacts in those threads is a comic lover with lots of input.
No, he's a comic book writer. He wrote Ultimates vol 1 and 2 which served as inspiration for the Avengers as well as Civil War (the comic series), which is not really like the movie, but served as inspiration.
I'll make sure to check those out, thank you fellas.

I have plenty of time to read before the next film

Spoiler I guess?

And it was his plan!! That was seriously dumb. He already proved he was willing to kill Gamora to save the universe. Even if he's furious at Thanos, clearly the first step is taking his Gauntlet away. Then you can punch him all you want.

Took him like a legit minute of Gamora pleading and calling him on his promise on his mothers life and even Thanos daring him, not exactly ice water in his veins

Of course they will come back and I tell you what I think they get Gamora back to with some sort of trade, loophole cause it's a 'soul' stone.

At the end of it they would only lose Loky (it will be silly to have him fake die 10 times by now) and Idris Elba the gatekeeper/teleporter. Yep they get all vanished back including Vision repaired and Gamora soul or trade.

Eh it's whatever but I do find it silly to marvel at it and get upset "did you see who died?" yea right. :D

Yea of course, I got no problem with the main cast surviving. Some more then others ranking wise:

Lethal Weapon
Most Arnie movies
Die Hard (hell no to the last 2 movies)
Most Mission movies
Wick

And you know what Bond and Borne not that much, just some of them and not fully.
Well than, with all due respect you have zero consistency.

I thought maybe you just did not like action adventures movies and maybe you were a RomCom guy or something. Because what we know in 99% of all action adventure movies is there is no real jeopardy for the star character. NONE. He will be injured many times and be in manby death defying fights but ALWAYS survive, 99.9% of the time.

Every complaint you had going into this movie existed and MORE for Lethal Weapon, Arnie Movies, Die Hard, Mission movies and Wick. At least with this movie with so many contracts ending and actors unlikely to return you knew there was a real chance many will die off between these two movies and stay dead.

Wait I'm not upset that people live or will get to be alive it's a fantasy movie, what I don't like is this massive full on fake out, them playing it up, making a big deal out of nothing, it's a movie that has no stakes, nothing matters for 98% of the time.

Others seem to vibe better with it and just enjoy the ride and have fun seeing their comic book heroes and story on the big screen, cool for them got no problem if others find it more entertaining then how I see it.

I just said my 2 cents and how I rank it, see it, etc and what I expect.

Some just got a tad defensive and lashed out, funny enough I still gave it a positive score and I do recommend the movie I just like it less then other MCU movies.

Was anyone else hoping to see more of Cap’s new shield? He mostly just used it (them?) to punch people, right?

I'm ok with you or anyone not thinking its the tits. Your view is your view.

But you might not want to read what I am going to write next as the upcoming Mission Impossible movie, upcoming Bond, the next Wick movie and almost any action movie you see going forward then will have no stakes and they will have fake outs. Scenes where they are in near death fights or actual death (Bond, adrenaline shot) and they come back. Yes nothing is going to matter in any of those movies 98% of the time as the main hero or character will triumph.

So if that is your view, if you need real stakes and for the hero to really die and stay dead then I do think you should look to genre's beyond Action movies. You are not going to get what you seek in Action movies and unfortunately i have probably just ruined Mission and the next Wick for you if you did not already know that going in. Drama's often have main character deaths and finality. Or learn to accept that yes, the hero's do win and they do survive 99% of the time and somehow learn to enjoy it anyway despite the lack of true jeopardy. Because if you remain stuck on that last bit you will never enjoy an action movie again. And that would suck.

Also I think every black person got killed
Haha... funny but not true. These characters all made it.

War Machine
Okoye (lady warrior general in Wakanda
M'baku (Leader of the mountain people of Wakanda)

did we see any blue people die though? Hmmm.... very prejudice in that regard.

<{nope}>
