Just got back from seeing the movie...wow. Simply put...wow.

I need time to marinate on it a little bit before I give a rating. It's pretty high though.

since the russo brothers are only taking elements from the comic story line and arent following the cannon to a tee. what possibilities are there?

so far all i can come up with is that adam warlock is introduced(end credit scene of ragnarock) and rallies earths remaining heroes for a last stand. in the effort to try to save the souls that turned to ash which are trapped in the soul stone...thoughts?

Something that kept irking me...Did you notice Scarlett Witch lack of an accent in this movie, or am I losing it? Did I miss that in another movie, because it sounded like Olsen completely gave up on trying this go around or was told not to do it.

Now that you mentioned it, it did seem that her accent was gone. But not really a big deal, it can be easily explained if forced to - maybe Wanda just learned to speak better English since she moved out of Sokovia.

I shouldn’t have waited to be able to go see this with my wife on Sunday, I should have just gone to a late show by myself tonight after the kids are in bed

I thought of doing the same, luckily were all available tomorrow at 4, plus it's worth seeing it for the first time with your loved ones........maybe.

I was the only one who clapped at the end in my theater. It was all gasps then credits and I just clapped like a mofo. I'd been telling everyone I wanted an Empire Strikes Back ending and we got there! I was just bummed Cap and Tony didn't crumble to dust, and Nick Fury did.

I noticed the moment she started speaking she had no accent, but I'd just watched MCU #12-18 right before this so it was super fresh.

Just got home from the movie, 10 out 10. My god this movie was non-stop awesomeness from the get-go. Thanos was amazing. You know the last scene of Rogue One where you feel how menacing Darth Vader is and he's annihilates everyone? And you're like hell yeah, that's the Darth Vader we know and love. Thanos stomped all over that. I need to see it again.

Made the kids watch the first Avengers two weeks ago. They loved it, so taking them to the drive-in to watch this and Black Panther Sat night. Can't fucking wait.
