Got tickets for tomorrow at 4, these spoiler tags are killing me. Must not open.
LOL same. I don't even know why I'm here. I just tell myself if I scroll really fast I wont see any spoilers and I wont be tempted to open a spoiler tag.

Just picked my son up from a friends house that he saw the film with.

His second comment (first comment would be a spoiler so I won't type it), was that he really found it interesting that Thanos smiled at the end of the movie. Not a menacing smile, just a "I'm at peace" smile. Very subtle, but very cool.

I must agree. Brolin nailed it

I put a 7 on accident, meant to give it an 8. I didn’t enjoy the first two avengers very much but this movie was well done and I honestly really enjoyed it. Finally a real villain for marvel.

Might want to hide some of that comment. People who read the comics will know exactly what you’re talking about.

@Dragonlordxxxxx Going to see it tomorrow afternoon, is Black Panther essential viewing before watching it? Watching Thor Ragnarok this evening but missed Black Panther in the cinema and won't get to watch ot before tomorrow

Thanks.

I was hoping it was secretly Hugo Weaving. Oh well. It just shows what I've known all along that Hugo as Skull is easily replaceable.

Agreed. On both points.

The voice did sound like Weaving

Wakanda and Panther play an important role, but as long as you have a rough idea about the country and the character, you won't miss too much. It just means you won't know much about some of the Wakandan supporting characters and their methods of fighting

The last scene reminded me of the story in the comics where Thanos gives up his quest for power and Death's love, and finds peace living as a simple farmer

Thanks Mate

I said ahhhh fuck it. Searched for some tickets and found some for the last showing at 12:30am tonight (great seats too, top row middle ish). I will also go see it saturday morning, since i'm likely to miss out on stuff the 1st time viewing.

happy viewing gentlemen

Age of Ultron all over again. Mega hype for a mega let down.

I’m personally pissed because they said these two Avengers films were self-contained. This obviously isn’t the case, and intentionallly lying to say it was, is complete BS. People are gonna stick up for this shit and say wait till the next chapter, but eff that, you’re talking out your ass. Having infinite cop outs for your movie is garbage...derp, wait tilll next movie.[/spolier]

Response to DL’s posting of Marvel Bunch......Friggin AWESOME spoof....second only to T-150 minutes till I see it tonight

I’m happy to see all the comments about this really being Thanos’ story, because frankly that’s the way it should be. Anyone that’s read the Infinity Gauntlet would know that was really his story. If someone were to take account of all the dialogue in that story and calculate who had the most lines it would probably look something like this:

1. Thanos
2. Warlock
3. Silver Surfer
4. Eros
5. Mephisto
6. Nebula
7. Doctor Strange
8. Captain America

It's Thanos' world. We just live in it:)
