lol. I respect that. Avatar strikes me as kind of like Titanic as far as the Cameron canon goes. I think it's a good movie. Not a great one. I appreciate the spectacle and understand that it was an event film where you really had to be there around the time to appreciate it how big it was. But I think it loses a lot on a smaller screen and is not something I feel like committing three hours of time too.

It's funny for all the awards love and box office success that Cameron's last two efforts got, I still don't think he's equaled the awesomeness of Terminator, Aliens, and Terminator 2.
I loved Avatar in 2009 but didn't even bother rewatching it until I got a 3d projector 2 years ago...the movie suffers alot on the small screen. Fortunately my HD 3d projector with active shutter 3d glasses is fuckin sweet and took me right back to pandora

sounds like a sick setup. About how much did that run you? I'd definitely be interested in purchasing something like that in the future.

This had me dying on the re-watch. Batista's comedic talents are legit.

Your dead right. Fantastic dialogue and story though added to the unique characters. Superhero movies imo are silly, just as you think gaming is probably. Im not mad though each to their own
Both can be good. I enjoyed the 1st Witcher game but just couldn't get into the 2nd one. The Lobster was one bizarre movie that I should have watched messed up.

saw this again tonight and those last 30-35 minutes are absolutely incredible.

The scene on Titan is maybe the best comic book super hero battle that's been choreographed. It's flawless and just flat out amazing. Spider man is so damn awesome during the battle

Very well said. That battle is insane and the fact that it is intercut with the very good battle in Wakanda just makes that last thirty minutes all the better. Love the segment where Strange and Thanos face off.

Spidey is all win through the entire movie. Clutch moves left and right, particularly in terms of saving other heroes.

So who holds the record for seeing this film the most? I've seen it a total of 4 times and I doubt I'll be seeing it again since movie pass doesn't allow repeat viewings. I saw it twice imax, twice regular screening

I raised this before but didn't really get an answer.

How does everyone think Hela would have done against the invading forces including Thanos children?

I did too. This movie made me love the MCU version of Strange. I wish he would call out a few of his spell names though. I would like to see that once in awhile

Absolutely- the anthropomorphic levitation cloak is awesome too.

I liked all the battles in this movie. They're up there with the super hero fights from Invincible the comic and a lot of stuff from manga.

Bro don't spoil it

I didn't tell them that Steve finds them and then gives naked Thanos the greatest step father ass kicking of all time. Chin and groin nuts double kinshasa by Steve was amazing.

Whoops. My bad.

Just realized Oldboy had Thanos, Wanda, Fury, and Mantis...pretty nuts.

wow wtf lul. I haven't seen that movie, but I knew Brolin, Olsen and Jackson were in it from the trailers, and I think after I saw Guardians 2 I looked Pom up and saw she was in it as well, but I never put it together that they are also all in this movie.

It was pretty decent -- wish Death and Warlock were going to be a factor instead of Cap Marvel and Vision 2.0 -- A4 will be the battle of the soul stone.

Visuals and fight scenes were great

That is hilarious. You don't know if there is a gif or video version do you? I'm trying to imagine why that guy would be doing that. I assume he's trying to avoid stepping in a puddle.
Lol I dunno but that's what I assume too. Just goes to show if you're gonna do something, you might as well do it like a total fuckin boss :p
