avatar help/belt color

so help me out.....how do i get my belt color changed? and how do i get an avatar? not sure how this works for this forum. any help would be appreciated it. thanks

500 = Blue
950 = Green
1500 = Purple
2500 = Brown
5000 = Black (comes with ability to have custom text and/or a custom belt)
7500 = Red
10000 = Silver
15000 = Gold
30000 = Steel
35000 = Titanium
