I just got a new ZUNE 4GB MP3 player and was wondering what are some of the best audio workouts out there that I can do on the field of the track after I run? Something that consists of push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, ect... I have the Bas collection, but I use that for when I hit the bag. Any suggestions?

Well, you could do Bas's all-around workout I would think. Or, if you have Ross's books, I could send you mp3's for tracks to use with the GPP's.

Edit: ^^^Someone on here posted the site I got them from, but I don't remember it anymore.

I throw on 10 or so of my favorite mp3's and run to them.

Bas All-Around Workout is good. I do his others with the bag somedays, or just shadowboxing/kicking if I can't use the bag for some reason.

You could make your own, get Audacity and mix up some tracks with your voice recording. Make up some kind of bodyweight calisthenic circuit and mix your voice in with the music.
