I think Schaub’s comments were idotic and obviously not well thought out but I’m a fan and Schaub has never shown any real prejudice toward black people.

If anything I think it was an attack on Fox, a company that Shaub has had disagreements with in the past.

Schaub’s comment do highlight the ignorance within the MMA community. But you can’t really expect the UFC’s core fan base of 18-30 year old white males to be sympathetic to issues pertaining to the Black American community. Ignorance is to be expected.

Bisping and Florian are also often on the panel. How do you know they weren’t taking a sick day? It was an idotic move by Schuab to bring up the race of one panel on one particular night.

Literally no one had an opinion one way or another. It’s only an issue because Schaub made it one.

My original point was that this is a non issue but it highlights the ignorance of Shertards like you.

I am not going to be sympathetic towards a person who sucks at his job getting hired because he's black. Now this is different to not wanting a black person hired. Follow along chief. You are not going to get much sympathy from anyone assuming an untalented person getting a job over a talented person because of the race they were born into.

- The fox panel was terrible. True!
- The fox panel looked like it was trying to hit a bunch of racial check boxes. True! (now maybe it wasn't, but then the only other explanation as to why those people got chosen to sit there is because that's ALL fox has...is also a terrible joke in and of itself)

Now this is the part as to why I asked how often you go through life assuming people get triggered because your black. But I also believe that Woodley, Edwards, and Karen Bryan are just as qualified to do the job as Bisping and Florian.

Well at the end of the day, most everything talked about could be labelled under “first world problems, bro”.

But the unfortunate reality here is that identity politics and affirmative action is a big deal right now that does nobody any favors.

And the question shuab was putting forth here was is fox guilty of this based off of whom they selected for their mma panel?

Maybe? It would absolutley suck if that were the case. Cormier is a great choice. Woodely? Not so much.
