At How Big Of A Disadvantage Are UFC Fighters Who Speak Poorly Or Not At All?

Considering the proven connection between a UFC fighter's able to speak well with personality and creativity, at how bog of a disadvantage do you think that places the UFC fighters who either speak awkwardly with little personality or charisma, as well as the fighters who don't speak English?

It's certainly harder for a fighter who doesn't speak English to get over with the UFC fans. That's a huge disadvantage when attempting getting the big money fights. The UFC fighters who do speak English but speak poorly and/or lack personality and charisma are also at a big disadvantage to people like Mcgregor, Punk, Sonnen, or going back in history, guys like Tank Abbott.

In order to give some of the less skilled or less charismatic fighters a better opportunity at making it to the highest level, they should be allowed to have a manager who speaks for them, a manager who is basically a mouthpiece for them. pro wrestling did this for decades with great success and considering the many similarities in these two different, yet similar forms of combat entertainment, I believe that giving a talented fighter who is very limited in the speaking department a mouthpiece similar to how Paul Heyman speaks for Brock Lesnar in WWE would be a way to help even the playing field for non-English speaking fighters and fighters who speak poorly, awkwardly, or without charisma.

Diaz brothers are doing alright.

Fighting style has more to do with it , If your a humper like Chael your going to need something else .
