Jackie already knows from the endless stream of gay Sherdog threads between the Mayberry and War Room that a lot of us get turned on by and jack off to ourselves if necessary. I'm not sure he wanted to know that, but like many others he was all up in the threads. It probably doesn't get more narcissistic than male homosexuality or the culture/standards built around it and that's a fair criticism.

Depending on location and city population size, there's often little reason for bros to consume porn anyway given that the available sex is virtually perpetual and without any limit or restraint. Gays have been dehumanized and treated like a different species for a large part of history regardless of country or culture, but we're not. It's just the inevitable result of taking human males as they are, but with the attraction turned towards each other.

FWIW There's zero arousal from combat sports.

I think the macho culture might be a barrier. So in order for a gay dude to enjoy it the most he'd have to find some gay friends to watch it with. Because typical fight fans are probably macho dudes that yell "gaaaaay" at the TV every time they pull guard.
 
I could probably go on a date with a gay man and have it not get weird for either party.

I would want him to take me out though. Not making demands or anything like that it would just be nice to have someone try to flatter me for a change.

Don’t get me wrong I’d fab the fuck out and wear my best outfit and slick my hair either back or to the side. My hair has a nice shine to it when called upon to do so. I’d probably let him feel my hair because people tell me that running their hand through my hair feels like petting a prize pony.

We’d set boundaries and he would know that I’m definitely not gay. There would be no fear of rejection on his part and of course no funny feelings on my part. The date wouldn’t be too far off from your normal everyday friendly hangout but I would hope strangers knew we were on a date so I could see their reaction.
