Yeah, but it wasn’t nearly as accessible. That was the point. I remember the 90s too. And if someone put you in a time machine and sent you back to the 90s right now, the first thing you would notice is how hard it is to watch porn.

I lived in Barcelona a city where literally nobody gives a fuck what you are
I had a gay friend who left his country for Barcelona because in Barcelona he could be gay no problem
So what I saw was literally 1/3 of the people were gay, 1/3 lesbian and 1/3 hetero
So imo today 2020 that’s reality

Okay, but I think it's really hard only in the sense that pretty much EVERY type of content was harder/more expensive to get. You couldn't just download/stream whatever you want instantly or quickly, usually for free. But porn was still widely available. Pretty much every video store had a porn section. There were TONS of porn stores downtown. When I was like 12, my friends and I were able to get our hands on it. And that was in the early 90s when we were young kids. In the late 90s when I looked like an adult and then officially became an adult, it was a lot easier.

Why is it so important to you to be right about this? My main point was that gay guys have no need to watch MMA for sexual gratification since porn is so readily available. I made what was really more of a joke about them maybe being fans in the 90s because porn wasn’t as available. And you have devoted multiple paragraphs to disputing that assertion. Why? Who the fuck cares?

There's not a lot of gay presence in the fandom of most sports in general tbh.
