Art of War 18, which takes place July 30th at the Olympic sports stadium in Beijing, continues AOW’s tradition of getting bigger and better with each show.

In the Main Event colorful Chinese Grappler Handong Kong will face South Korean Slugger Dawoon Jung. Art of War 18 will also feature the first round of a four-man tournament to crown new AOW Welterweight World Champion. In the first bracket of the Welterweight tournament UFC veteran and Jiu Jitsu specialist Junior Assuncao will fight tough Adam Townsend. In the second bracket Japanese warhorse Yuki Sasaki will face the dreaded Frenchman Tahar Hadbi.

As is its tradition, Art of War 18 also showcases the top Chinese fighters facing off against tough competitors from all over the rest of the world.

Art of War is a great product. They've done a great job finding exciting talent thus far and have put on pretty good events. They are definitely worth watching with Ring+Pride Rules+Elbows-10 + 5 Two Rounds! It looks like there headed in the right direction in developing Chinese fighters.
Junior Assuncao (16-5) vs. Adam Townsend (15-4) should be an exciting fight.

So very glad AOW is back I remember when the only MMA I watched was PRIDE and hearing about AOW & Legend Fighting Championship . Then before I got to see them both you guys were gone. Now you are back with a vengeance. Right now looks like you are scooping up the guys Road FC & One FC ignore and fighting them against other fighters from the rest of the world. Great Job!! Am I right to say your ratings are beating Kunlun Fights?

Tahar vs Sasaki should be interesting too. Sasaki is bigger and super tough but Tahar has really good hands.

Sometimes it pays to have insomnia. Get to catch wild mma like it was intended, soccer kicks and knees on the ground.
