I'm a huge fan of both, however Arnold's path to fame was much more difficult and he definitely accomplished more outside of Hollywod. He came out of a small village in Austria to become a seven-time Mr. Olympia, a Hollywood Action Hero even though he always had a thick accent, Governor of California, married in the Kennedy Family, and a very successful businessman.
He's probably the second most famous Austrian of all time, and one of the most famous Americans ever.
His biography is epic and should make a great movie if not a whole series.

I agree that Sly is better in the game. Arnie didn't have the time to voice record, but I think they did use him for the visual reacreation and Sly did have te time for voice recording. So they got an impersenator for Arnie, which kinda sucks.

Robocop is in the game too, with Peter Weller doing the voice. They also have Spawn in the game with Keith David doing the voice. And they have Terry Tagawa from the original MK movie visually recreated, his voice, and also doing the actual acting as Shang Tsung in the storyline of the game. Which is basically a movie on it's own.

As a kid Arnold not even close. As a adult you appreciate things like Rocky and First Blood a lot more, I think Arnold could never do those 2 films. But I stll take Arnold cause the guy was basically a real life he-man action figure/comic superhero.

In general overall, yeah, I gotta give it to Arnold. He was the action movie king in the 80s. Sly was a very close second.

Though I gotta add, Arnold hasn't made a good movie since before he was governator. Ever since he returned to acting it's been almost nothing but pure shit. Maybe a few decent movies here and there, but overall, it's mostly a bunch of garbage.

Sly on the other hand has made a few really good movies in his old age. So I'd say Sly is better now.

Arnold was such a huge part of my childhood I could never vote against him. Dude is in a bunch of my favorite movies ever. Stallone is awesome as well though. I watched the Rocky movies over and over as a kid.

But Arnold is the biggest action star ever.
