It sounds to me like just another line of built in excuses that a lot of fighters wheel out upon a loss.

Guy loses one fight in several years and now he’s at a cross road.

He’s going to melt Oliveira to the body because Charles keeps a high guard and doesn’t keep a tight defense. Charles also has shown to wilt in the past and Tony makes guys quit.

He's at a crossroad because he went mentally off for a bit, his last fight was violent and fucked him up bad, and he's almost 40. It's a bunch of stuff coinciding that should mark a sharp downturn in his career.
