Ariel tears into Paddy.

My brother, the answer to your question is a resounding YES, Paddy is THAT wrong. Ariel provided all the receipts one can ask for. Paddy is 120% in the wrong here and is also being a bully, and ass-suck, and profiteering off an engineered beef he made up.

Meanwhile he's accusing Ariel of kissing his own ass (while he publicly licks Dana's) and of making profit off of clicks (while he's making profit off of clicks). And as an anti-bullying advocate, to sit down with Dana, the sport's biggest bully and the guy who IS profiting off of your hard work, and bully Ariel, who has always supported him even when he was unknown, is just low character.

Even if you don't like Ariel, and that's fine, you can hopefully admit these are not good qualities and that Paddy is definitely lying and also being a hypocrite. And an ass kiss.

It's funny to me, but it's low behaviour on his part.
Good post @mudrubble

This situation is about as black and white as it gets, Ariel is right, Paddy is wrong, all proved.

Started listening to Brendan Schaub today for his take on this as I used to be a regular listener and hoped to catch one of his shows when in North America - had to stop listening. The guy hates Helwani so much and referred to the evil MMA media so many times. Its blatantly obvious that he wants to say Ariel Helwani's name but lacks the moral courage and integrity. Also calling Pimblett a 27 year old kid five or six times in 10 minutes does not make a 27 year old into a younger prospect than he is . . Does this fat bellend take Conor and Jake Pauls dicks out of himself before he puts Paddies in, or just cramm them all in? Sad to say I feel he has nothing interesting to say that I need to hear.
You fucked up good the moment you decided to listen to that fat dumb fuck. It's a wonder how he has any listeners left at all, he can't talk and can barely even think for himself, he's a bumbling parrot.

Wouldn’t at all surprise me that yes Pimblett said what he did in the heat of moment with no prompting, but afterwards, when it was clear he was talking shite, Dana bumped him a lump of cash and said just keep double and tripling down even if it’s bullshit, just so Dana could sit back and laugh at Ariel getting angry

200k purely to keep winding Ariel up. Paddy’s not going to care. Dana most definitely is that petty. And rich

So you didnt watch Helwani’s response at all? He clarified this maybe 4 or 5 times.

I don't like Paddy at all, but was he so wrong in saying something along the line of Ariel leaching off fighters who put their lives on the line literally while that guy sits on his ass and leach off fighters without sharing his profit off them?

And I don't get this Ariel love man, are people so quick to forget that Ariel apparently leaked news anyways when UFC threatened to fire bunch of people if he does? What makes Ariel so special that he is willing to take away people's livelihood for his own gain? For the public's right to know truth? Because he's dealing with such a groundbreaking, socially important stuff as a potential match up for fucking MMA fights? Is he the only MMA journalist out there? Do we see anyone else trying to throw people under the bus, allegedly anyways, for his own profit?

He comes off sleazy as fuck, and I don't like Paddy and tbh I didn't even bother to listen to the whole thing what Paddy said, but not sure what he said was so wrong or anything like that.

I will always support a fighter, though he may not be a good one, over some guy with journalism degree who makes banks off fighters' sacrifices while sitting on his ass without sharing a cent in return when these fighters sacrifice so much to compete at the highest level while scratching what they can to get by.

I find Ariel repulsive really, that guy runs his mouth, against many fighters over the years, quite disrespectfuly so, so it's not the first time or anything like that, but it's incredible he gets so much love.

Fair fair. But if you watch this video, and then his follow up video, he absolutely dismantles Paddy. How anyone can defend Paddy in this situation is beyond me. He is a C level fighter who had a schtick that worked. Then his lack of skills were exposed. And he got too big for his britches and got greedy and now comes out looking like an absolute bafoon. Paddy needs to be realllllly careful here. He isn't Conor. He can't fall back in a skillset or fighting prowess. And the complete lack of reality he displayed after the Gordon fight...I wonder, truly, if he even has any fans anymore?

Thats it in a nutshell, I didn’t like Conor, but he backed his bullshit up for awhile..Paddy is all talk, no game..

CLIFFS OF BEEF Ariels 118 minute video

So I'm finally listening to the interviews, and they both come off terribly. By the replies I was expecting Ariel to look good here but he comes off looking very childish. So what happened is Paddy called Ariel and asked him if he wanted to do something when Paddy came to NYC, and Ariel said yes. Paddy said he would check with his manager, but then never got back to Ariel. Ariel messages Paddys manager when he's in NYC asking if they want to do an interview. Paddy's manager says he has paid gigs and he won't do the interview without getting paid. Ariel starts crying and says he's insulted and has never been asked to pay for someone to do an interview. They squabble a bit and Paddys manager says he's doing the paid gigs, not Ariels show. Ariel then messages Paddy crying again and sending pictures of the conversation with his manager. Paddy says his manager books the interviews not him, Ariel cries some more saying you wont do my interviews without getting paid? Paddy says talk to my manager I don't know. The next day Ariel goes on a podcast and starts asking the host if he would ever pay a guest to be on his show, and claims he never mentioned Paddy but apparently everyone found out it was Paddy and most likely Ariel knew they would. Paddy messages Ariel the next day telling him not to talk shit about him and calling him a piece of shit, saying people are messaging him asking him "Did you see what Ariel said about you?". Ariel's long winded response was that he never said it was Paddy so it doesn't count even if people figured it out., and "What the fuck do you want me to do about it". Ariel literally sheds a tear and says if you don't want to talk to me again fine. Paddy says his manager just mentioned talking to BT sports and Ariel flew off the handle. Paddy says Ariel shouldn't be mentioning things over text in any interviews. Ariel says too bad it happened. Ariel basically says he helped Paddy along in his career when nobody cared about him and asked him to come on the show when producers were telling him nobody cares about Paddy. I couldn't help but notice the parallels between this story and the way Dana helped Ariel when he was younger, it almost seemed like irony.

After that the interviews came out and now we are here.

No idea how people think Ariel is 10-6'ing Paddy or how he's even coming off good here. He's coming off like a true cry baby who can't handle things that don't go his way.

I also couldn't help but notice Paddy's thoughts about Ariel pretending to be fighters friends in order to get them on for Interviews, something I've personally seen him do countless times, and it's 100% true. Beyond that 90% of the shit Paddy said was wrong and he is a dumbass.

Pt.2 Ariels next 18 minute interview

He starts off by saying he never asked him to drop an interview that was paid. Never insinuated, never happened. However this isn't really true. After Paddy's manager told Ariel that he had paid gigs set up Ariel continued crying about it, and that he has never paid guests, basically insinuating that he should drop them to go on his show. He didn't specifically ask him to do it, but he cried that Paddy wouldn't come on and fought with his manager about it.
I only read your last paragraph but that much is a mixture of misrepresentations and lies.

Ariel, who I have not been a fan of recently, did not "basically insinuate" that Paddy should drop paid gigs and go on his show.

That's just a lie, period.

He DID push the fact that he was offended to be asked for pay when in his 15 yrs of doing this nobody has ever asked him for pay. He said that not even the likes of Jon Jones or Conor ever asked him to pay them and he found that insulting.

That is NOT at ALL "insinuating" that they should do it for free and drop their paid gig. That's an outright misrepresentation of facts.

That IS stating DIRECTLY (not insinuating) that their behaviour was insulting to him. Since when is being direct about being insulting "insinuating" some passive aggressive bs??

If I ask a business associate to a meeting and he says "I can only meet with you if you pick up my dry cleaning - I'm meeting with a lady who picks up my dry cleaning - will you do it also?"

And I say "no, and that's an insulting question. In my whole career no client has ever asked me to pick up their dry cleaning. A simple 'no, I can't meet' would have sufficed but I'm insulted you'd even ask me this" and we go back and forth on my being insulted.... and then I hear he's telling ppl that I "basically insinuated" he should not get his dry cleaning and should instead meet with me.....

....I'd say he was a shit head. And at that moment he would, indeed, be being a shit head.

I would NOT have "basically insinuated" that he don't get his dry cleaning. I don't give a fk about his dry cleaning - but I'm insulted that he'd stoop to ask ME to get it for him. This is a whole other subject than what meeting he should take. It's basic feedback that he's being a douche.

The fact that you can conflate these two things in your final paragraph is a strong indication that I'd be wasting my time reading the rest of what you wrote. As would anyone interested in an honest discussion on the subject.

Your response is disingenuous at best, ignorant possibly. And, at worst, it's purposefully manipulative.

Dillon Danis is on the show live in studio today… might be worth a watch. There’s an even bigger beef between these two than he has with Paddy. So maybe one day Paddy will be on to continue or squash it

You just made shit up based on how you feel and not really based off of facts.

FACT: Ariel never insinuated those fucking idiots cancel anything to do his show. He "insinuated" that he's not paying them, regardless. That's it. He was honest and upfront with them. Something those assclowns don't know the meaning of.

Ariel has destroyed Dana for years with facts and is now doing the same with Paddy.

Neither of these clowns could go toe to toe with Ariel in an argument. He'd destroy both of them because they're both pathological liars.

The idea of a journalist paying someone to be interviewed and basically promote their brand is just insane - not the way the world works, at least that's how it used to be.

I really like Paddy, but this is what ti looks like from where I stand -
Dana pays Paddy a bunch of dough, Dana hates Ariel, Paddy's going suck up to Dana so he goes after Helwani.

100% correct, if a journalist take a bribe or pays for an interview its like a cardinal sin of reporting besides plagiarism. Don't see what Ariel did wrong here.

Dillon and Ariel already testy at the start. Lol this is hilarious. Dillon may choke him out for owning him and calling his lies out.

They'd resort to name calling and lies like we've already seen them do, not facts. Then you'd see the sheep on here just follow along further down the trail right behind Dana.
