Ariel Moving to the Action Network

He's about to become irrelevant in short order. To bad he's such a weasel otherwise Id support him. Ariel = Josh Gross 2.0

Dana Whites latest fatality.

Where is the Action Network? Cable? Social Media? YouTube?

I find it odd that after his move to ESPN he was quite smug is his subtle jabs at Luke Thomas and non journalist ‘youtubers’ which is what Luke was doing to support himself and family post leaving MMA Fighting

Say what you will about LukeThomas but he greeted and this week is on showtime prime time covering a Mayweather fight where Helwani is moving to some internet startup to do Skype calls

How the tables have turned

Thats private equity money, so looks like they are trying to roll up a few businesses and get some scale in the sports /sports betting area. They probably paid him a bit more, as I recall he was fighting with ESPN over money recently. He will now need to pull all the fighters and keep getting the best interviews. If he does, I'll be impressed and he's worth the money.

Ariel is going to disappear real quick, he fucked up but his fragile ego won't accept it.

It looks like he relocated to a network that is trying to mark up the sports betting market and is planning to use him as a reputable face for the MMA market.

The money must have been pretty good.

hes the best interviewer thats so sad

No more Conor interviews for Ariel.
He likely used his past interviews with Conor as a selling point to convince this mob to hire him.

He for sure would’ve told them that he’s connected enough to Conor to get him to do an appearance/interview in the lead up to the third fight with Poirier. There has to be some reason this unknown sports gambling company decided to give him anything.

Then instead, he’ll backstab them and start his own YouTube channel and interview Conor on that to build his subscriber base up.

I’m just surprised he didn’t get a gig working for Triller so he can be all over events that are as trashy as his style of reporting.

Lol betting sites have alot of money. He was making 500k at ESPN/yr and he wanted more money.

I bet they are paying him 1 million/yr there at new spot.ESPN wanted to keep him but dude wanted too much money

He could probably get to a million eventually if he made his own YouTube channel and built it up.

Never understood how Ariel got as far as ESPN. The dude is a weasel, has a face made for satellite radio, and zero personality. In other words, there is absolutely nothing special about him.

No idea what's Action Network. Would have guessed he'd end up calling NBA games.
