So like front and back squats, and sumo and conventional deadlift? Clean deadlift? Snatch grip dl?
Shoulder press? Why not bench?
Not that it matters. I'm over 1000 with just squat and DL.

I don't join clubs.

My high school had a "1000 Lbs. Bench Press Club" and everyone knew it was a bunch of shit. There were 4 people in it.
I'm in the 1000 club for curls alone.

Well if I was to add up Dead lifts, Squat, and Bench I'm dam near 1000 pounds, but if I add up without bench and substitute shoulder press... lol I'm no where near. Also on top of that I have switched to Olympic lifting so all never know if I can because it's no longer a focus of mine.
I'm over a thousand with squat and deadlift.
