Forget about all those stupid qualities and charts, I sincerely believe that you must let the hate flow through you. Don't bottle it up, that will end being worse than letting it flow. What am I getting wrong? I admit the two books(Tale of Palgus and Bane story) I read/reading are from a Sith point of view and that might swayed my view of it. But when I think of it, I still see rules the Jedi and Sith set up Mind vs Heart. The Jedi want you to turn off your feelings and not marry and don't want to train you of you can't control you emotions. The brain is want they use and the Sith are the opposite, they run with their feelings and let not else get in the way.

But what I am missing about it?

At the core I'm a Jedi, since I'm into asceticism, control of emotions, meditation, calm, etc.
But I despise how the Jedi forbid everything with their shitty morality, like no killing (their enemies), no screwing, avoiding too much knowledge into dark secrets of the force, etc.
It's just showing their weakness. In this regard the Sith are actually right 99% of the time and much more enlightened.
Problem with the Sith is that they let their impulses rule them, and eventually that becomes a weakness because they do foolish things.

So I would be a Jedi, but probably kicked out and hunted down by Jedi soon after I become a master.
