Are there Indian Gangs in U.S?

Indian gangs lol. I grew up in Montreal which have a nice portfolio of ethnic gangs. Indians usually don t even try to pretend. At the lowest of the street pecking order lol.

But you are forgetting Tamil gangs although they are mainly Sri Lankan but you get Indian also. At least in Toronto they were/are at the top. It's mainly due to the LTTE association although in reality there is no real connection between the gangs and the war but its the same community.

Is it harder? I always thought Canada logistically would be the hardest country to illegally migrate to making it easier to be selective and not end up with a bunch of punks. I find it quite odd that such gangs exist in Canada.

Sometimes in Canada middle class kids or even higher join gangs. Sometimes even kids with rich parents will join gangs. It's maybe not quite like what you'd think of a gang in the us though, like with a hood and territory to defend and drivebys all the time and shit. We don't really have that here. Usually it is more like some more loosely affiliated people operating together to sell drugs more widely or something.

The British Army's elite Parachute Regiment was a tougher gang.
During the late 60s, the Hells Angels California chapter and a few others offered their services to serve in Vietnam with the U.S. Army as a unit.
The Army kindly declined the offer. They could have volunteered individually. Not sure how many got drafted during the conflict.

Had that been a US chapter they would have killed those guys. And no I'm not saying that gangmembers are more badass than military special forces. But gangmembers are willing to murder people even if they get sent to jail for life. Most guys in the military don't think like that, they're law abiding people and it's not like they can check their guns out of the armory to go settle a grudge with some gangmembers

There's all types of Indians though. Sikhs for example can be pretty damn intimidating - a lot of them are massive.

Oddly enough I know several Puerto Ricans from the Bronx , Men and Women that don't like Indians, like aggressively prejudice to them.

I can't speak for the US, but in the UK Asians don't generally adhere to the gang models. You may get the odd one running with black gangs, but they are outliers in the community.

The actual case is, primally in the Pakistani community, criminal activity is family/community wide. This is seen with the industrial scale rape of children over here which is tied in with drug dealing, mass fraud, intimidation of communities to acquire property etc.

That's more their background of military/warrior heritage. There's a huge amount of respect from the British towards Sikhs as there is an established military collaboration going far back.

I know several Sikh families and the ratio of fit, fat, hench is on par with the whites. I used to train with a couple of Sikh lads and they didn't mess around. Then again my old class mate weighed 10st at best but is now a highly successful dentist

In my HS there were Indian and Pakistani gangs.

There was a nice kid named Iqbal that was trying to make the wresting team my freshman year. He would only make it to like 1 or 2 practices a week and eventually stopped coming. Then about halfway through the season another kid started coming to practice like 1 day a week; I think his name was Mohammed. I said he must be Iqbal #2. He got incredibly mad, which I thought was funny. He told me to never call him that name again, so I said something like "whatever Iqbal".

This guy and his Pakistani gang waited until I was by myself one day in the locker room and tried to jump me. After our freshman practice, I went over to the Varsity practice for about an hour to train some more and when I went to the locker room after I was alone. I showered and changed, and was about to leave when maybe 5-10 of these guys surround me and and start pushing me up against the lockers. Miraculously the varsity team just finished their practice and started coming into the locker room when shit was about to hit the fan. Needless to say, those guys saved my ass and the Pakistani gang got thumped pretty good.
