How sad is it that Askren will make more money boxing a YouTuber than he did in the UFC?

Anyhow, not sure why you're confident after what we've seen from Askren.

Askren would literally take his life if he so chose in a real fight, but boxing is not real fighting.

Ever wondered why he bloodied him but never even rocked him? Because he totally lacks boxing fundamentals. His standup style is called "unboxing". Any healthy and athletic guy with a week's boxing experience would obliterate him.

I am a 100% sure that Ben would be the absolute worst in any local box or kickbox school in my hometown, even if all the others are 17 year old kids, they are one and all miles above Askren, he really is that bad.

Yes most elite level mma fighters can use their hands, but ben is the minority

Plenty of amateur boxers would smash these dudes up throwing only hands

Jake is a novelty, but he is athletic, young and looks a big guy.

Guys like Antonio Tarver say that he can box pretty decent. I think he will bust Askren up

Don't be silly. Askren is a fantastic fighter who had a spotty UFC stint near the end of his career. He has relatively bad standup next to other pro MMA fighters, but his experience and mindset are that of a very tough fighter.

He will not quit and he will not be hurt by fucking Jake Paul. Jake will land punches, but they won't do shit and Askrin will walk him down and dirty box him into oblivion. You guys that don't train or fight need to realize that on paper skills only say so much. Jake Paul is not a fighter and he will be exposed by Askrin's C- level striking and A+ level fight experience.

Mentality and experience matter more than having trash striking when your fighting a youtuber. Don't be so gullible to think that Jake Paul is actually going to win this fight lmao.

EDIT: Guy's c'mon. A pro fighter, bellator champion, one of the best wrestlers in the world etc... is not going to lose any kind of fight against Jake Paul. This is insane.

Have you seen Askren punch? That man simply cannot punch, period. He has absolutely no fundamentals, no idea how to transfer weight into punches, is uncoordinated, has no balance, etc.

He is one of the worst strikers we have ever seen in the UFC and with boxing gloves, he will simply not be able to hurt Jake Paul with his punches.
Jake Paul is an asshat but he does pack power and has a tolerable defense.

Askren has 1% of winning this.
