With all the pointless p4p, GOAT, cokehead Jones, and McGarbage talk in mma recently, the true king often gets overlooked.

There is only one top dog in MMA, and it's the HW champ, and Werdum is as likable as any guy on the roster. As a Croat I will be going for Stipe in their upcoming fight, but I've always been a big Werdum fan and the guy doesn't get enough credit sometimes.

Whether it's his massive upset of Fedor and ending the unbeatable myth, his trolling of Travis "Mr. Rousey" Brown, or his out-Mexicaning Cain in Mexico and finally freeing up the HW title from the forever injured rematch machine, the guy has been as important as any mma fighter I can think of.

He also happens to be the HW title holder, the champion who rules over all other champions, the one who makes all the fantasy p4p bs irrelevant. Yet all some of these twats wanna talk about are loudmouth midgets, bad actors, and fake beef, and the king gets completely ignored at a press conference that gives more attention to Faber, Cruz and Joana Jedreszjeldjeejcyk.

Fuck all that, in the real world Werdum > anyone, until someone proves otherwise. All hail the king!!

Admittedly I haven't seen a ton of his fights, and he doesn't excite me. I must say though, those combos on Travis Browne are pretty nice to watch.

if the ufc allowed werdum to fight anyone he wanted without his title on the line and then let him have rematches if he lost, again without a title on the line, werdum would probably never pull out either. he'd just fight whomever and let jds/ben battle it out for an interim belt
