Guess "Cabo Diaz" wasn't as out of shape as we thought. Of course it's a far cry from being in actual fight shape but the bros are always ready to scrape no matter the venue.

Of course he wasn't that out of shape. This is completely different from having a fight camp like you said but he wasn't outta shape.

Sherdog know-nothing 'tards go to extremes on both sides.

Either someone is brilliant or they're hopeless.

Gotta send this to the guy who didn't believe the Diaz bros. really participated in triathlons.

Triathlon training is in shape lol. More than most fighters can do. More than most cardio they have. Nate was in phenomenal shape, just not cut. Cut =\= shape.

This was Nate before his fight with Johnson, nobody can argue that he looked close to this against Conor

Although you dont have to be that in shape to do triathlons, it isnt Iron man.

A good level of fitness needed, which Nick and Nate both have

Think they doing Exterra Real which is 1/2 mile swim, 16 mile (2x8m circuit) MTB, and about 4 mile run or theres a half 8 mile mtb, 2 mile run with 200 yd swim

I could do the 16m bike comfortably, 4 mile run not so comfortably, and half mile swim? well bugger the swim :D

They both do iron mans as well. He still wasn't fresh out of a fight camp for their fight. Give it up already guys

Conor was the one calling him flabby. Not sure what a video posted 40 minutes ago has to do with Nate being in Mexico over a month ago though..

Looks pretty cut to me.

Dude was in great shape.

He's full of shit though, lost a lot of respect for Diaz trying to make excuses after winning, saying he wasn't training for a triathlon when he clearly was and was in great shape, and bad mouthing GSP for sitting front row...

Obviously cardiovascular for a fight is different, marathon runners aren't going to go 12 rounds in boxing because they can run a marathon.

But he was still in great shape.

Because preparation for ttriathlons take months...

Is running, biking, and swimming forbidden in Mexico? Just because he may have been drinking doesn't mean he wasn't training at all.

Eh who cares. McGregor still got son'd by a guy on 10 days notice.

I never thought he was lying. Diaz was far from fight shape though.

Well to be fair a lot of excuses were being made for Conor by other people so I think Nate was getting a little annoyed

doubt he went to mexico to train. he was probably just taking a mini vacation . He stays in shape. shame on Conor for lying to his fans and saying Nate looked flabby to sell the fight.
Conor lost to a guy on a short camp.. who was not training for a fight but partying . People just need to get over it.
