Elections AOC isn't running in 2028.

I don't really follow US politics too closely, but there's a Republican Senator in Texas, can't remember where, who is black, well-spoken, and a war vet (Wesley?). Anyways, he has some presence and might work for the Republicans as a President or VP candidate, I think. He also might totally suck and I've only seen a couple highlights of his. Logically, I think JD Vance would be the next to run for president after Trump leaves office drooling and yelling at clouds... unless Donald decides to initiate Order 66 and become the Republic.

I'm drawing a blank on who the Dems would put forward this time, seeing as how Bernie Sanders is about 100 and AOC is well on her way to being assassinated by an Incel within 6 months of now. Gavin Newsom seems to be hated everywhere by everyone, Ilhan Omar frightens way too many moderates cuz Somalian, and at this point I know nothing further re Yank politics.

Serious question to the Americans on here, who do you see as most likely to be put forward for Pres and VP by their respective parties?

I think gavin gruesome will make a strong run but hit some opposition but I don’t know who else has a better chance because he is the polar opposite of trump which so many are sick of despite his very fervent base. I don’t have much hope either way

She's another Kamala.
Agree and disagree.

She's obv much more likeable/charismatic than Kamala so she will get a ton more leniency, but I do think that, broadly, it's going to be hard for a woman to win POTUS, especially in this environment

Aside from ideology, she just doesn't know shit. I disagree with Bernie on many things, but he has knowledge about the world that she doesn't.

And that is sad. A national level policy maker that knows little about the state of the world.

She's had a long time to catch up and be knowledgeable since she quit her bartending job. She supposedly spent months preparing for that conference- and still fell on her face multiple times. Too much time making Tik Tok videos to gain attention?

If they were to run her, she would fall on her face. She's probably running for Senate in 2028 and president in 2032 if she wins the Senate. I don't know what New Yorkers are going to do since they elected a child that has never taken care of himself or had a real job to be mayor of New York- I wouldn't put it past them to elect her over Schumer. A national election is a totally different ballgame though- she will never win the presidency, and frankly, she shouldn't.

White knighting her and rushing to her defense really makes wokey people look ridiculous.

It's a ways off. Who knows?

Republicans still have three years. If the economy turns around in that time, the Dems could be left scrambling for sanity. Other than all the noise about ICE and Epstein, the economy is king. AOC is a candidate that can only gain a foothold if the economy is shit. Long way to go.
What did Kevin O'Leary say recently?... The economy doesn't care about politics so neither do I

This is hilarious. It's people like her that birthed the red pill community.
The right is pushing men to be men? Lmao. More like biology and physiology is pushing men to be men. Those things don't care about politics.

You're Canadian.
Your opinion is not relevant.
Worry about your own not-real-country.
lol @ this high-heeled clownshoes dipshit rocking dubs already after having just returned from a temp ban.

Talk about someone whose opinion is irrelevant <lmao>

I rarely agree with you, but I do agree that AOC is ridiculous and stupid.

It's obviously the far left liberals that are trying to punish masculinity that are pushing men towards the right. I'd consider myself a socialist but I can't stand the far left prioritizing the moral high ground over facts and evidence.
Re: the bold, bullshit. The so-called manosphere and propagandizing recruitment via social media by the likes of the Proud Boys and TPUSA (just two among many) are doing that. LOL@punishing masculinity. Calling out people embracing the mistreatment of women, followers of the Tate brothers for example, is punishing masculinity? I suggest you give that some more thought.

Bro, I don't listen to any manosphere podcasts at all. I support socialized medicine, I understand that immigration is healthy for our ageing population to help build a taxpaying base to support the boomer bubble. I know that climate change is real and terrifying.

I'm not some right wing quack.

And I can tell you that I have seen with my own eyes the far left prioritize being morally right rather than factually correct over the last 20 years. I have seen DEI initiatives punish successful candidates in favor of unqualified candidates that didn't earn it.

I have literally had a girl threaten to accuse me of sexual assault because I broke up with her and tried to start dating her friend. Thankfully her best friend was dating my best friend, and they stood up for me before it went too far. But I guarantee I would have been thrown under the bus without witnesses to defend me.

I'm not responding to stupidity on social media. I'm forming my opinion based on what I actually see happening in society. Now is my anecdotal experience somehow not an accurate depiction of the greater trends in society? Maybe. But don't tell me changes in society aren't happening when I can see them with my own eyes.

Big talk coming from the 51st state, with a tenth of our population & a GDP smaller than Texas's.

You're a 'country' because we allow you to be one.

They have a dead Queen of England on their money still, lol.
