I've been seeing a lot of adds for this guy all over the place lately. Watched a few of his videos, and he seems to be quite knowledgeable. I was thinking about maybe getting his program (30 day money back guarantee) to see what it's all about. Just wanted to see if any sherbros had tried it, or similar programs? If so, how were your results?

Just FYI, I'm already in great shape. Possibly (probably) the best shap of my life tbh. Just looking to maybe gain a couple of pounds of muscle mass, and shed a few more % of body fat.

Cheers.

The secret is to spot reduce fat. Once you spot reduce fat, it's just a matter of the mastery of mind muscle connection to bulk on that shredded lean muscle.

Seems pretty stupid to buy that program. Also seems like anyone who doesn't know that's a garbage option for a training program would also not actually be in amazing shape.

There are plenty of free options, why choose that one?

Here's a free program for you.

Gain muscle - lift weights in the rep ranges to build muscle.

Decrease fat - stop eating things that make you fat.

Get stronger - lift heavy weights

You can PayPal me $230 for that tidbit.

Yeah, I'm in terrible shape. IMG_20200825_161514_456.jpg

What is it with you internet fuck wads? How about answer the questions I'm asking, or don't reply? Is that too much for your limited IQ to grasp?

Any other stupid shit you'd like to post? Feel free to post pics of how great a shape you're in.

i googled it and everyone says its horrible

Staying away is the best move probably

You really are a special kind of retard. I'm amazed that you can tie your shoes in the morning, much less find your way onto the internet via smartphone/tablet/computer. Bravo.

Let me spell this out for you, since your low level barely functioning IQ couldn't figure it out for yourself. The reason I highlighted CONDITIONING, was to point out that this sub forum wasn't simply about weight lifting/power lifting. (Hurr durr, look at me. I can do the bench press, squat and durr the dead lift). Nowhere in my OP did I ask about any of those you muppet, nor do I care. I'm quite capable of doing those on my own, and do in fact incorporate them into my workouts*. I'm much more interested in a general and overall well being/fitness regime, which CONDITIONING will help me achieve. And if I happen to get ripped, and have low body fat because of the conditioning I do, then that's a bonus (and actually my goal).

Do you feel stupid? I guess it's hard to feel stupid, when that's just your general state of being, but you should. Now, kindly crawl back under your bridge and fuck off.

* COVID has limited how much of that I've been able to do for the last 5 months.

P.S. still waiting for pics of the amazingly in shape jgarner. Show us what an athlete you are buddy.
I'm not strong or in shape but I've seen enough youtube fitness to know Vshred is universally maligned for not knowing what he's talking about. With what you've been able to accomplish thus far I think you can achieve your goals with whatever it is you're already doing.

That's old school. I prefer to make use of the fat and simply turn it into muscle using the techniques in my new ebook.

mate, if you learn about a program from ads, it is an infomercial. if you learn about it from personal friends who already have the results you want, than yeah sure.

OP is definitely in good shape for a dude his age. Any age, really. Let’s just be real here.

That being said, don’t buy this program and this thread is a flaming heap of shit.

He's doing something right.

These guys are harsh.

@Brandon Wilson I don't think you need to be so upset. I am sure there are some V-Shred advocates out there that would be able to help guide you, if you would just provide them with a little more information. Everyone here already knows you have a very impressive upper body, let us know more about your background. Height, bodyweight, and maybe some more details on your amateur fighting experience. Might be a good idea to throw in your college sport background too.

Jim's excuse is that he's injected so many chemicals into his body for so many years that he's melted his brain. What's your excuse?

And really..... You shouldn't be talking about how other people look when we've all seen your face.
Didn't you say you were using peds for a time?

Made a very bad joke

You know when some guy says something awkward trying to joke and everyone around him is like dude wtf no

Thats what happened
Happens to everyone, from time to time. I’m confident you’ll bounce back from this.

Yeah I've tried a cycle of test about 15 years ago in the military. It worked while I was on it, but by the time I left the service, I wasn't really much stronger than before I took them. By the time I started back in the weight room, it was pretty much like starting over from scratch. Now a days, I don't really supplement with anything.

That’s your fault lol.

Sure to a degree it had to do with a lack of training experience, but I was also not training for maximum strength as much as I was training for endurance. Nobody really gives a fuck if you can bench 500 if you can't run for shit and hump gear. I left the military at like 200lbs (6'4) with my big 3 at like 225/225/405, but doing 30 pullups and a 18 minute 5k time. I didn't really start strength training with weights until I started working security in college.

This extremely annoying manlet tore V-Shred to shreds.

The extremly annoying manlet is actually the best youtuber to listen to if you are into bodybuilding.

Him and John Meadows are IMO the best ones.
