Finally completed my Doors vinyl discography collection with Morrison Hotel. I now own every Doors album released with Jim Morrison on vinyl
 
Man I have a legit record player but my nephew came over and played with the needle and lost it ...

And those are a son of a bitch to replace.

Also currently preordered Metallica's Kill Em' All remastered deluxe vinyl box set. It is $149.99 plus tax and it will be released April 11th and I just couldn't pass up getting it since Metallica is my all time favorite band and Kill Em' All is my favorite album and also the album that got me into Heavy Metal. Cannot wait to finally have a proper remaster of the album that gave birth to thrash metal.

I've been buying records since the mid 90's. I have 300-400 including all my 7" singles. As a fan of Punk music I had no choice, a lot of stuff was only released on record. I love them though, I bought a bunch of 12.5" x 12.5" frames and have a lot of them on my wall now.

The last physical copy of an album i bought was the "Zoo Weather" cassette released by Tera Melos in 2011.

All my records, tapes, cd's, guitar pedals, amps, stereo's, keyboards etc... they take up a ton of room. I just stick to digital nowadays, but backing up thousands of albums sucks lol.

Another purchase. Electric Wizard - Come My Fanatics....

I just noticed I'm wearing an Electric Wizard tee while holding up the vinyl. What a killer sounding Stoner Doom Metal album on vinyl. Also Funeralopolis by them on vinyl also sounds like heaven or hell depending on if you are one evil mother fucker

I really badly want that and the Ride The Lightning one. They released a video earlier of James unboxing it and showing all the stuff in the box.

I don't know why they only did the first two albums. I would have thought they would do the first four since those are considered to be their best albums and some of the best thrash albums.
 
Just bought a retro suitcase player.
Damn, I have missed the warm sound. Now I will have to order a few albums.
The Doors, The Stooges, Mars Volta's De loused in the Comatorium...
Smoke some Cannabis and have good times.
