Can you let me know where you found it? Also does it have another name?

I just typed in sizzler bottle opener into Google and it brought up a Flickr page with this pic and others. I've had issues embedding Flickr pics on other sites so I just copied the url of the pic and uploaded to Imgur.

There were stoppers for bottles back in the 60s. There was a button you held in, push the stopper into the bottle and release the button. The stopper is wedged in and won't come out until you push the button in. The more pressure inside the bottle, the tighter it wedges.
