I love Shawarma, and I'm going to experiment with making it myself because I usually order it and have to pay $20 with delivery.

I'm looking for three good sauces to make it with. It has to be something I can find easily, like off Amazon or in Canadian grocery stores.

I need a spicy mayo, a hot sauce, and a garlic sauce.

Any suggestions?

I saw this one on Amazon and it has good reviews for the spicy mayo.

Only if its made by kavkaz or central asians

Anyone else really dont know how to do it

I always recreate my favorite fast food with quality ingredients and every single time it's been better. You should try my wendys spicy chicken burger and taco bell fries supreme combo.

Anyway, I'm going to attempt it.

When it’s not dry of course. Who doesn’t?

These guys make some good sauces.

Ive never actually bought tzatziki(the garlic sauce) , its one of those better made fresh things .
Boarshead makes one though and their products are pretty legit

Also sorry for being cranky I was just woken up by some crazy junkie fight.

Didn't know tzatziki was the garlic sauce, good to know

post pics of your creation and let us drool at it...

I had shawarma for lunch yesterday.

I live in Ottawa, which has a large Lebanese population. Shawarma places are everywhere here. They vary wildly in quality, but the one I had yesterday was fire.

Are you gonna make a whole meat stick stack yourself or what? Dumb fucking idea.

My suggestion - make your own sauces and just cook a ribeye.
