I would have definitely picked my spot after the most horrendous "sucking dick in the bus station for meth" type of "share."

Basically said it's court ordered I'm not an alcoholic so idk why I'm here..then sat for 2 hours until it was over

What?!? Come on, man. I seriously doubt you've met many alcoholics who told you that.

I know very well and that's her play. She doesn't have a drinking problem, everyone is just trying to control her.

Same. Went to court ordered AA. They stacked that with anger management.

They both thought it wasn't what I needed. However, it was easier pay the therapist to avoid battery charges.

I just did 48 hours without drinking Scotch and it was hard. Sounds so damn silly.

It sounds cliche, but it always starts with crawling. And you took your first steps.

It sounds cliche, but it all starts with one decision everyday. Nothing stops me from drinking but me. I decide everyday I'm not going to drink.

First meeting, going around the circle introducing your self and what drug brought you there. "I'm evergreen, and uh. I'm here fir weed." Audible snickering by the attendees. Counselor says well, none of this is going to apply to you. Lol
