Anyone have any idea about Rustam Khabilovs visa issues ?

He has fought outside the US in his last 3 fights (that's including todays match up). He was pulled from two fights in the US, due to 'visa issues'

Khabilov was expected to face Danny Castillo on January 3, 2015 at UFC 182.[13] However, Khabilov pulled out of the bout due to alleged visa issues.[14]

A rescheduled bout with Danny Castillo was expected to take place on July 25, 2015 at UFC on Fox 16.[16] However, for a second time, Khabilov was removed from the pairing due to alleged visa issues. Castillo faced Jim Miller at the event.[17]

I thought the dude lived in Albuquerque now. And he fought in the US 5 times straight before his recent difficulties.

Seems weird. I'm not familiar with US visa customs...but it seems like he committed a crime or something ?
