Food & Drink Anyone get messed up when taking caffeine?

If I have too much caffeine I get super sleepy. It has the opposite affect on me if I have too much. 50-70mg is the sweet spot for me.
 
In university, I once drank some caffeine soda before final exams thinking it'll make me sharp and alert, but it backfired and I panicked during exam. I later started taking Vitamin B Stress formula and I think that probably was better for being calm and sharp via focus and blocking out shit.
 
Yupp, and got it confirmed amongst other things via a genetest. Been decaf ever since.
 
Yerba mate got me buzzing pretty good and I drink coffee every day so it’s not like I’m naive to caffeine. Good shit
 
caffeine does nothing for me sadly. I could drink 2 pots of coffee or a 12 pack of redbull and still does absolutely nothing. literally 1 measly line of blow does more than any amount of caffeine.

Like everything else it depends on your brain chemistry, I can drink it before bed.
 
Nope. I drink like 2 liters of bustelo every morning. Barely does anything, and is basically just a habit now. Takes a massive amount to feel much of an effect for me.
 
It messes me up if I take in caffeine in the afternoon. I get zero sleep. I think the cut off time for me is before noon. Any time after that and I will not be able to sleep that night.
I cut way back a few years ago. I drink a coffee with caffeine in the morning then I'll drink decaf coffee in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening. That's all the caffeine intake that I do. When I worked at the bar I'd drink energy drinks late at night and go home and sleep, I was a mad man back then.
 
I used to drink a lot of caffeine to the point where I felt nothing, but stopped recently due to high blood pressure
 
Normaly I drink 2. Sometimes 3. Rarely just 1. But lately it's 1-2. I think I'm heading towards 1.

I don't see a benefit of more.
