Most years I get 1 or 2 mild colds, but this year I have been very sick like 4-5 times. This year I have had the flu twice, and 2 really bad colds. I have probably missed at least 2 weeks of work this year just from being sick.

I have really ramped up my training this year sometimes being in the gym 10-15 hours a week, but I also started a new job where I work around children and those bastards are the main culprit.

I am feeling better, but I have had nights where I literally would have been okay dying. Zero motivation to do anything, but the boredom is driving me crazy and making me depressed.

On top of the disease, I have had the worst allergies of my life this year. Finally starting to ramp down with the colder weather, but now just getting sick instead.

Been evaluating my lifestyle, eating more fruits/veg and taking a multivitamin, use sauna/steam 4 times a week, but the past week I literally have barely left my house.

Yeah, I'm sick with a cold and a brutal sore throat now and it sucks. Hopefully i'm on the tail end of it. I couldn't even speak two days ago, now I just sound like Yoda.

And allergies were awful this year and lasted well into November here in Vegas. It really didn't get cold until last week.

Sorry to inform you, brother, but that, my friend, is full-blown AIDS.

Just gotten over a bout of flu I somehow acquired when I took a trip to Las Vegas 2 weeks ago just prior to Formula 1 race...it sucked.

I’ve noticed it. Haven’t been sick at the end of this year so far, and the only reason is because I’ve been staying home primarily and won’t go anywhere. I usually visit my parents on the weekend or to see my nieces and nephews, but they have been sick almost every time I go over there the last month or so; I just turn around and leave. A guy I work with got sick last week and vomited on the floor; it’s like I’ve been dodging virus bullets the last month.

I have been hacking up mucus everyday for a month, it's brutal.

Had the flu once this year, which is out of the ordinary for me, but nowhere near enough info to conclude it's been a bad cold/flu season.

I highly recommend drinking a large amount of water, especially if you're training/working out a fair bit. With my training, I'm drinking about two gallons of water a day and it's great for keeping a healthy immune system. Kids can be a disaster for getting sick though.

Sometimes I go the entire year without getting sick, but holy shit am I in the thick of it right now.

Started a new job recently so I've been working crazy hours trying to get up to speed, I'm sure that lowered my immune system and this flu ran me over like a truck.

Now I probably have to call in sick tomorrow unless by some miracle I wake up feeling a lot better.

I hate causing my new boss to wonder if I'm a flake or not.

I never really got sick much. I'd catch something every two years or so.

As of recent, I haven't been sick since 2018.

I'm barely around people anymore and thank God. Can't remember the last time I was sick

Gosh at the point on being sick on the floor … that’s not good at all

This. I can't for the life of me remember the last time I had a cold/flu/fever/etc...long before Covid. Maybe up to ten years ago. Knock on wood.
Tbf, we just had our early christmas party. That's the only time I drink every year. I had to stay up until the afterparty ended at 2am. Sleeping late and alcohol once a year put a dent to my tolerance.

Not really. Haven't stopped masking and got flu and COVID shots. Have a bit of slight throat itch and some dryness, but not soreness. Definitely feel like someone got the germs on me throat.

I'm having a shitty 18 months of it, got sick with a flu type virus last summer and have no end of infections and bugs since. Almost like someone have me and injection a few years ago that stopped my body from fighting flu bugs

Or something
Hope you feel better bro. Maybe whatever strain your getting is just your kryptonite.

I feel like shit.
