I know he hasn't fought in a while and between Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA he has 50 fights....but does anybody know what is up with KJ, I miss that dude

No idea.

I'd watch him fight Charles Bennett if he ever wanted to attempt to avenge that loss.

Surfing with Arona, TJ Grant and Konrad

No idea but good question. I enjoyed watching him fight back in the day in his elitexc/strikeforce run. Very good boxing for mma standards. Also that hair (nohomo).

I'd like to see him make a comeback.

He doesn't appear to be officially retired from what I read. Maybe he's just chillin.

He was No.1 pick of DSE recruit team at PRIDE USA audition held in LA in 2005.

Zuffa was selling reisidential PPV for about 40 dollars and DSE countered with their ppvs sold at 25-30 dollars. Their PPV war resembled Softbank vs T-Mobile that took place years later.

"Don't be scared, homie" became a famous line but few remembers who was being addressed to by Nick Diaz.
It was KJ Noons.

It was KJ Noons.

Can you explain what would of went down for him to be picked number 1. Was their some exhibition type fights held and he won them all to be picked or?

As soon as he wants to fight again, Bellator will come calling. I'm not sure if he still has UFC fights on his contract.

Bellator sign that man! Put up some bangas back in the day!

He would be great in their LW division.... I say this for tons of fighters because I am a huge fan of the org.
I would like too see him in ONE, fight Huerta where Huerta is on a 2 fight win streak (I know the Hassan situation) and winner gets a shot at Nguyan

I think he's retired maybe, he hasn't been doing too well his last fights if I remember correctly and he's also 35 so. He had good run with Nick.

I thought Noons should have gotten the decision over Ryan Couture.

Seemed to decline before reaching his potential? At least he has the Playboy nude model wife.

No fights, afaik, they just worked out and sparred in front of some DSE staff. Noons was awarded best striker. I remember Nick Ring and Tyrone Glover(I think) were also picked along with one other guy who I've forgotten.

I remember being hyped at the time and scouring the trackers for their fights. That was such a simple time in mma when you could name every fighter on the UFC/Pride rosters. Now I'm lucky if I recognise 4 fighters on an average UFC card.

Last time anyone heard of him, he was asked his opinion about May-Mac, as a former boxer.
Don't remember his opinion, but no info whatsoever about him since.

His social media is not being updated - at least not publicly
