Do you play full games, or just 5 a side? That's one good thing about soccer, it's very easy to set up a game compared to things like rugby which I prefer. I still enjoy playing a bit of 5 a side from time to time.

Official games in high school were 7 a side if I recall correctly.
I've played everything from 4 a side to full 11 on a real pitch. Smaller teams are more fun.

BTW played on concrete for years in primary school. Yes, as a goalkeeper. Yes, I'd dive for balls. Yes, long pants for life.
