I got some on Amazon after that thread, will try it today.

It can be cooked in many different ways, so if you don't like it the first time, don't give up on it. It can also be bought either raw or toasted, so depending on which you got, you may be limited in how you prepare it. If you got toasted, which is the most common, then having it as savory dish, almost like replacing rice, is the best imo. It's great with something like sauteed onions and mushrooms and some butter in it, or a bit of soy sauce on it.

It's Uvelka brand , fairly dark and has nutty smell. I guess it's already toasted. I mainly wanted to try something other than rice as a side dish.
