Is that typical at all? I am anteriorly tilted pretty bad while standing but just recently found out from a sideways view on deadlifts that my lower back is pretty rounded and when I thought I was arching my lower back I really was just arching my mid back. I was always thinking my back would be excessively arched while lifting so I tried to not arch at all and I think thats whats giving me a lot of my back pain and making it very difficult to continue to improve on my lifts. But why am I anteriorly tilted when I stand? I can't tell if my hamstrings are too stretched out or not stretched enough. Its very confusing and frustrating to ever come up with a plan to get my body right.

Standing posture and lifting form do not necessarily correlate.

If you are worried about a form issue in your squats, post a form check video.
