So, which one's exactly better?
I think they recommend more of a neutral pelvic tilt, that's not too forward or backward, but I am not quite clear for sure. I think they are more in favour of posterior pelvic tilt, like karate in my brief experience a long long time ago, but I think in golf for example, I could be wrong, it's more of anterior pelvic tilt? and when you are lifting weight, isn't your hip supposed to be anterior tilted with your back straight?
