Sorry to be asking another Muscle Milk question on here (Already spent time on the search engines) but I was wondering what the deal with the creatine in Muscle Milk is. When I was purchasing a tub of it tonight, the lady was saying something about how it isn't actually a creatine but it increases your body's production of it? Could somebody please explain how the creatine in MM is different from say a monohydrate or something of the like? Also, how much creatine is in MM (if that even matters).

    Thanks again.

There is no creatine in it. It's a pre-cursor that allows for your body to produce more of it's own. The lady was right.

    Glycocyamine.

It's on the label with the rest of the explanation of the product.
