You know what’s funny-I just went for health insurance and they used the fucking antiquated bmi index despite telling me they wouldn’t. According to bmi, I am obese because I am 5-10 and weighed 190. Last week, I weighed 185, so I am trying to get down to about 180-but I am pretty jacked muscle wise and do not have a guy or anything, but they don’t take into account that muscle weighs more than fat. Now, 6 years ago after my back surgery-I got fat but I have since lost all of that and more. According to bmi, I should weigh 170
