Another BLATANT eye poke, how is this win legit?

What hepened in the GIF had nothing to do with the way that DC won. He saw a weakness when Stipe left the clinch and exploited that weakness, it's just a shame that anyone has to resort to an eye-poke to explain how a undefeated HW fighter won his return fight to HW for a belt.

Yes that was exactly the point, i'm poking fun at everyone calling DC a cheater because of eye pokes.

Dc never eye pokes in his fights typically. Even if he did do it intentionally he got poked as well. And then, he was able to finish with a knockout, not an eyepoke. Stipe was give the option to reset and pause and wanted to go back in right away. It may have been a little dirty, but if you applied the same to jones he would have zero wins. Atleast dc was at such a reach disadvantage that it feels not as bad.

Even still, an eye poke doesn’t mean automatic disqualification, it rarely even means taking a point. DC fought within the rules of mma, or at least how they are typically enforced, so the win is legit.
