Media Ankalaev makes a statement after loss

But you're saying god made him lose because he was not satisfied where Ank was in his career... but he was the champ.

Make it make sense.
1. I didn't say it, that's Ankalaev personal perspective.
2. He's clearly saying if he were tougher he wouldn't have been stopped, therefore he could improve, he can get better.

What doesn't make sense about this?

Global humiliation? He lost a fight, no more, no less.. after being a UFC Champion. What have you done in the Combat Sport bud? Oh wait, you go online to talk about strangers. Simmer down tough guy.

he got folded like a napkin in under 2 minutes.

For such an angry guy he's taking this loss pretty well. I was surprised he didn't even complain to Herb Dean or nothing.
Tbf i heard alot of fighters saying Ank is actually a great guy in person, doesnt speak but seems very nice and respectful. The problem its Ali fu**ing up his reputation and makikg him look like a di**.

"Thank you Allah for the ass beating and total global humiliation I just experienced"
Always makes me laugh when fighters try to rationalise any result of a fight mentioning god. Like bro, you hurt other human beings for entertainment for a living while making scumbags richer, its like the last thing god would support you for, it doesnt get lower than that lol.

You're defending his absurd logic. He was champion. How does that mean he isn't tough enough?

If god cares that much, why didn't he make him train harder so he didn't lose? Surely it would've made more sense for Ank to have been stopped in training and for that to be a wake up call from god, instead of it happening in a championship fight so he ended up losing his belt.

When they win it's because of allah, and when they lose it's also because of allah.

Make it make sense.
That makes more sense than if only winning is because of Allah. The "God's will" theory should apply to all circumstances.

If he believes his God is teaching him a lesson, a boo-boo in practice that postpones his fight isn't much of a lesson. Making him work order to reclaim what he believes is his. The title, he'll work harder to reclaim it.
