Kyōraku & Ukitake are both we haven't seen yet...I'm trying to remember who else hasn't bankai'd in the Gotei 13 Shinji is one, Kenpachi if he infact has it, though we seen Unohana's bankai we have no fucking idea what it does. now the former captain is list a little longer: Isshin, Urahara,Yoruichi, Aizen (if he can still actually somehow get his sword back) Love and of course the royal guard are all un-revealed.
Isshin can't Bankai anymore though can he due to the injuries/ moving to the human world?
Well that was hell 100's of years ago and he showed up and used his shikai just fine so I figure with his powers restored he could probably bankai at this point, I mean it's really up to Kubo at this point he'll changed what ever at this point for the sake of plot.
Badass
Hi there...I started recently watching anime again and I'm trying to catch up a bit...Any must watch series from the last 10 or so years? Plus I always wanted to watch Evangelion but never got around to it...Should I bother? Thanks in advance

Don't worry, there's not that many worth watching from the last 10 years or so.
And yes on Evangelion.
FYI: ignore almost everything Project 2501 tells you, especially if it is about anime post-2000. He's extremely biased.
There's a lot of suggestions to choose from, do you have a preferred genre?
As for Eva: it's a historically very important series. But if you're over the age of 18 and it's your first time watching it then you really need to tamp down your expectations. It's got a ton of arm-chair psychology and pseudo-christian mythology that seems awesome to a teenager, but for an adult a lot of it is extremely trite and shallow. The main character is also an annoying twat and the ending is so bad they've redone it three or four times so far. I'm not saying not to watch it, but don't let the hype distort your expectations.
Ah ok I see...I had heard that the ending is polarizing and I didn't want to invest time in something that might be dissapointing but I think I'll give it a shot...
As for genres I'm not really picky...

I'll add Code Geass to your recommendation pile.
