I liked the concept behind Woli but they made him way WAY too God like.

I just realized something that should have annoyed me earlier about Naruto but hasn't until now.

Chunin exam arc, written test... how in the ACTUAL FUCK do the examiners NOT catch Tenten setting up that mirror system with string for Lee?

I just watched that scene to see what your talking about and yea that is pretty blatant....what should also have been noticed is Neji activating Byakugan and Sasuke activating Sharingan....too visual doujutsu clans, maybe just look at the sauke's red eyes or neji's massive face veins. how Ino doesn't get busted is beyond me as well she clearly throws up her hands in her clan's style and then slumps face first onto the desk....Jesus how do several highly trained nin miss that...but it's all for the sake of the plot i guess...

Considering though the main examiner clearly sees Gaara do his eye thing and the rules state you only have to be caught so many times before you are thrown out maybe they all got a pass. But that mirror shit would have required prior setting up.

Like, Izumo and Kotetsu (the two that block the exam entrace) are both examiners as well, get named, and are seen several times (and are part of a team with Shikamaru and Asuma at one point). This dude though, with a character build that hasn't really been done in the past at least in Naruto with having both eyes covered is never really seen again outside of the Pein fights.

Hell, Kotetsu and Izumo are the ones that find Sakura on the bench after Sasgay knocks her out.
 
^the design on some of the minor characters are pretty dope, all the dudes around Ibiki for the most part are bad ass looking bot a generic pretty boy like sasuke or naruto ..I wish we would seen more of Ibiki as well he's only about 5-6 points below kakashi in terms of databook stats and that's more then Anko and quite a few other of the "special Jounin" guys...maybe one day...

thinking back I believe u are correct about getting a number of passes...but the mirrors would have to be set up in advance..pulleys..strings...the mirrors would all clearly be visible to basically anyone....god that whole scene just reminds me of how much Tenten needs to die....how the fuck does neji die but she...Ino and Sakura live..kishi can just eat me sometimes when it comes to plot

Tenten is annoying as hell outside of anything filler related and the fillers blow.

Ino is kept around because she is blonde.
 
It is annoying that they killed off Neji but kept those other shot characters
 
Jesus Chrisr that latest has hell of a cliff hanger hurry up with the next 2 chapters already Mangastream thw Suspense is killing me

I think Morikawa got inspiration from a recent fight. It was Lucian Bute vs Librado Andrade 1 Bute was schooling Andrade for 11 rounds then in the 12 Bute got tired and Andrade caught him and knocked him down it should have been a count to 10 easily but halfway into the count the ref makes the excuse that Andrade was not in the neutral corner so he uses that to interrupt his count allowing Bute enough time to survive the round and win the cards in the scorecards, it was such obvious home cooking , Bute won a rematch by KO but the bad taste of his gift win from the Ref in the first fight still lingers for fight fans who remember it
 
^I don't watch real boxing but wow that's pretty ridiculous, but considering he gets his ideas from real life boxing techniques and such it's not surprising he'd use the ol' corrupt ref at some point.

Yup I mean alot of his guys draw inspiration from real life fighters, also I watched that fight on TV I almost threw shit at the screen that's how fucked up it was to me
