Andrew Tate arrested

Oh I'm defending him now? Like you were defending Shara Bullet for harrassing/assaulting a dude in another thread just yesterday?

Andrew Tate being a world champion kickboxer would also apply to this behaviour then, no?

Look mate, I like you but I don't get why you're so invested in this. I wanted to get the quote so I went through your post history but there were literally more than 30 posts in this thread here alone debating.

I'm invested in it because I have a 10 year old daughter and I'm worried about the influence Tate has on young men.

Even though I completely understand, time spent worrying on matters like these is wasted time. There’s nothing you can do about it.

If you have to explain a joke, it doesn't work. Like 95+% of the population got the joke. If you're the odd one out who doesn't get it or wants to act like you don't get it, that's your right.

You're welcome. He's an interesting person for sure. He probably has some degree of intelligence and physical gifts. But I feel like he struggles with personality disorders and mental illness. But I don't have any confirmed diagnoses to be fair. But I know people like him, including in my family, who do have diagnoses.

That's an admirable part of the American justice system. Not that our system is perfect or even close to it. I don't know much about the Romanian legal system. They may not have innocent until proven guilty. Many countries don't have that tradition at all. Many countries in Eastern Europe tend to rubber stamp guilty verdicts actually.

Even some of my relatives who are accomplished lawyers, lawyers who work for me and/or my family, other lawyers I know, probably wouldn't know a lot about Romanian law and the Romanian criminal justice system. Because they don't practice criminal law, international law. I know people who practice environmental law and business law especially well.

I have more of a distant relationship at most with people who practice criminal law. And that would be in the US not Romania. And the US legal system is based more on the British system than somewhere like Romania. So it doesn't translate as much.

Someone like @panamaican clearly has a great deal of knowledge about the law in general, but I don't believe he practices criminal law or international law. Someone like Amal Clooney could handle a case like Tate's. She's represented people like Julian Assange for instance. It'll be interesting to see who ends up representing him...
They do get the joke. Their fragile ego won’t allow them to admit she got the better of him. It’s the team sport mentality.

"Police said the four suspects were taken for questioning yesterday, and police ordered the suspects to be detained for a period of 24 hours. "

Speaking to the BBC, a spokesperson for the Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) said prosecutors had applied to hold the influencer at a "detention centre" for an additional 30 days.

A judge will rule on the application on Friday afternoon, the spokesperson added. The brothers have been under investigation since April alongside two Romanian nationals.

they should hold him for an extra 30 days on top of that just for not recycling those pizza boxes.

I'm replying to @Hollywood Jack because I can't find the original post. Romania is in the EU and susceptible to the ECHR which requires conformity with the human rights standards expected in Europe. Article 6 is right to fair trial and article 5 is right to liberty. Article 14 is free from discrimination (meaning you can't be selectively singled out in a manner that is different from others for a variety of reasons - race, beliefs, gender etc The ECHR is written into EU constitutions and functions as domestic law which can be challenged on an inter governmental level.

decision hasn't been given yet by the judge. it's still ongoing at the moment.

I like how everyone is gloating about this guy getting arrested, while he's previously gotten arrested for the exact same shit and walked out a couple of days later when it turned out not to be true/proven.

It's also hilarious to see so many people lose their shit over some 10 second TikTok quotes. Bald man bad!!

How was it proven to be not true when he’s been re-arrested for the same offence and more (it appears)? What more hilarious, well actually more depressing, is a bunch of people who would previously be raging about Muslim sex offenders defending him.

What’s more (this isn’t aimed at you) you have posters here talking about feminism being a danger to the family unit who then proceed to defend Tate!!! How could anyone who values the family view a degenerate like him as anything but a cretin and a danger to the moral fabric of our family structures is beyond me.
