This guy has the best boxing in the bellator welterweight division. Clean, crisp boxing and heavy hands.

Portugal represent !!! Niiice
If im not mistaken he comes from a boxing background having been the National Boxing Champion at 75 kg.
Nice fundamentals , great footwork and very mature composure.
Thanks for posting the video

Last punch was unnessecary. Actually a bitch move.

That being said, very nice. Wish he set that lead hook up with some bodyshots first before the feint, and was a bit more active with his jab. Otherwise, very good man! Nice to see some good boxing in MMA and love seeing people get walked down.

Will definitely look out for his next fights.

Yeah he won the national tournament a few years ago. I had the pleasure to train with him when he was in Portugal, he is not only a beast but a great guy.
It's a shame that Portugal isn't giving him the attention that he deserves.

Im glad youve got the chance to train with him ... that must have been an awesome experience !! Congrats ;)
Yeah , ive gotta say, as a Portuguese , that we are somewhat like Brazilians, we dont support our athletes when it really matters, they´re uprising and when once they are established and when eventually things go bad , we generaly just support them if and when they are allready and maintain at top level ... which is ridiculous
But in a way, that absurd behaviour enables our athletes to find "extra motivation" and excel themselfes.
Cheers

Oh shut up.

It's a fight. It happens. Go watch tennis if an extra punch or two makes you cry so much.

Bitch move by Fedor here too:

Haha, I know you are kidding around now, but I honestly think there is a difference. And not just because it's Fedor :)

I feel like in the Fedor one, it was in the flow of combat you know, he wanted to make sure it was over and Rizzo was not completely out.

In the Fialho one, much like the Henderson vs Bisping one, there is a lag. The other person is out cold, they see it, notice it, and then jump on them with a huge punch to their unconscious face.

Anyway, I'll give him the benifit of the doubt or whatever, not a huge deal. He looks awesome, really looking forward to seeing more from him.

EDIT: Wow, he is 7-0 with 6 KOs, training at AKA, former legit boxer and only 22 years old? The stars are aligned on this one, no jinx.

He improved a lot since he got at AKA a year ago, much more mature and composed. I truly believe that he will be a top WW in a few years, he just needs to improve his bjj and wrestling and at AKA he has the perfect enviroment for that.
