He offered his hand, as a man someone offers their hand in this situation there is no reason to disrespect the gesture.you accept the hand shake, even if you don't like the guy.
Maybe bisping has no class, i dont personally know, although i have met him at the old gracie barra in eccles and he seemed a decent enough guy.
But silva is coming off a ban for cheating, and has no high road to take, he should be trying to rebuild his legacy that he ruined and build bridges.
