About 2 months ago I was driving home from work and heard this same sound. The video from Terrace resembles it exactly. My radio was up pretty loud and at first I was confused that my speakers were making the noise. Turned them down and it got louder and at a higher pitch. It gave me goosebumps and I was expecting a jetliner to come crashing down on me. Freaky stuff.
