Amir Khan - 16 Wins, 0 Losses
Martin Kristjansen - 19 Wins, 2 Losses

i think he'll ko him inside 3

Kristjansen is Taylor made for khan he's not better at khan at anything and he doesn't have a lot of ko power . i mean he only has 5 knock outs and there no one in the world imo who would outbox khan

Martin Kristjansen is 19-1 with 3 draws

I'd like to see Khan step in with a higher level of competition....a former world champ like Bazan perhaps? Maybe not Bazan specifically, but a former title holder or title challenger who still presents a decent threat.

if you look at who khan's fought in his last 5 fights
Willie Limond, Scott Lawton, Graham Earl and Gairy St. Clair it's actually a lot better fighters than Michael Katsidis fought before casamayor. it was actually Graham Earll that katsidis fought for the lw interim title .

khan's fighting Kristjansen because he's ranked 2nd by the wbo or wbc and if he beats him he'll be in a number 1 contender position

same goes for Yuri Romanov who actually lost to Earl and has only beaten the same level european fighters .

home town advantage tonight. i'm biased but would like to see him win. kristjansen isn't liking amir's jabs

Khan wins in the 7th

decent fight

great finish 3 knock down and the ref stopped it

From fightnews, so who saw the fight? How great did Kahn look?

In a WBO lightweight eliminator, unbeaten Amir Khan (17-0, 13 Kos) scored a seventh round stoppage of Martin Kristjansen (19-2-3, 5 KOs) on Saturday night at tghe Bolton Arena in Bolton, England. Khan floored Kristjansen three times in the seventh.

Khan went in hard for the first 4 rounds, every shot had menace and power behind it.
Khan started to tire after four rounds and he slowed up some in order to conserve his energy. Kristjansen had nothing for him except the odd right hand which did'nt faze Amir at all.

Amir's looking more and more powerful with every fight and he certainly dominated this one.

khan says he wants campbell; nate would wreck this guy at this stage to be honest, but amir claims nate has nothing for him

Julio Diaz would be a good test for Kahn, though they may wanna wait a fight or two. one has to love Kahn's power and killer instinct, it is easy to see why he is a fan favorite.

Agree with you there, Kristjansen's punches looked like they didnt affect Khan

gotta give him props though, hes tough

was a good fight. the finish was more to do with volume of punches...nothing big really connected.

the derry matthews fight was good aswell.

khans hand speed was once again very impressive. he also looked much larger than kristjensen and could walk through anything he had. khan is a good finisher also although the end was a little messy(not giving enough space) once he was in trouble he pounced

Anyone see the undercard? Derry Matthews took an absolute hiding.

he couldnt get out of the way of choi's overhand right and was getting pushed around the whole fight.
