89 is for disrespecting a commissioned officer. The flag is not a commissioned officer. Disrespecting it would most likey fall once again under 92, failure to follow an order or regulation.

91, assault, insubordination, or failure to follow an order of an officer, NCO or petty officer. This seems like something she could get for failure to follow orders.

98 and 134 are failure to follow procedure and conduct predjudicial to good order and discepline, respectively. These being the "catch all" articles, they are pretty broad. Id say she clearly violated them.
