Amanda Ribas will have have to get surgery after Baby Shark elbow

just read about this
an elbow dislodging a metal plate is something i dont think ive heard before in MMA
holy shit Ribas is tough i wouldve been screaming my ass off
hats off to Ricci too, it was a good finish. didnt think she had that much power

Well you know it was a freak accident because Ricci is the most pillowy fighter in MMA history, but I guess it was just the perfect shot on an area that was already compromised.

Never in a million years would I bet for this outcome.

She should probably retire if she's already got this much damage done to her face. An attractive woman like her should be able to find something much easier and more lucrative.

She fights with a metal plate in her head?!?…and that elbow knocked it out of position causing her pain and loss of muscle control?

She should not be fighting anymore and hopefully the people around her care about her enough to stop.

Hopefully she’ll get a nice Anthony Smith package on her way out

unlike Smith, Ribas is actually pretty likeable

how well secured could it have been ? thats kind of interesting. you'd think if she got the okay to fight it would take a baseball bat swung by francis to get that think out of place. i just imagine complications with something like that actually leaving you disfigured. sounds intense. what ive also wondered when it comes to metal plates, rods , screws in the body do the opponent feel a difference? if some guys got a metal rod in his leg and hes slamming that into you do you feel it? i remember this kid in hs had a metal rod in his leg and he would legit take his shin and bash it repeatedly into hard sharp corners of brick falls and metal lockers and feel nothing. does it end up feeling like bone to hit or is it like being enhanced a bit ?
